The Role

Massage therapy is a key part of Saulestice’s holistic approach. As a Massage Therapist, you’ll provide personalized care that promotes physical and emotional well-being, relaxation, and connection to the body.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and listen actively to each client to understand their physical and emotional needs.
• Provide various types of therapeutic and relaxation massages (prenatal, postnatal, deep tissue, etc.), adapted to each client’s condition.
• Support women and couples throughout their journey — from conception to pregnancy and the postpartum period.
• Assess each client’s physical and emotional state before sessions to ensure personalized, safe care.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and preparation of the treatment room.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
• Offer post-session wellness advice (breathing, posture, self-massage, recovery tips).
• Document sessions and progress while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Contribute to Saulestice’s educational mission through workshops, trainings, or team discussions.

Qualifications

• Recognized massage therapy diploma and active membership in a professional association.
• Minimum 1 year of experience (or equivalent internships).
• Experience or strong interest in working with perinatal clients.
• Empathy, professionalism, and ability to collaborate within a team.
• Attention to detail and client comfort.
