Meet the founders of Saulestice

Saulestice was founded by two mothers brought together during their maternity leave, united by a shared vision of more comprehensive and compassionate perinatal care. Drawing from their personal journeys and professional experiences, they recognized the need for a space where families could access a range of specialized services under one roof. Their approach is rooted in supporting individuals and couples through every stage of the perinatal period with care that is both personalized and empowering. Through Saulestice, they aim to create a welcoming environment where families feel supported, confident, and guided as they navigate parenthood.

Becoming a parent is one of the most profound and transformative journeys in life. As a full-spectrum doula, I feel deeply honored to walk alongside families during this special time, offering support through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with care, compassion, and presence.

My work is rooted in heart-centered support, deep listening, and a calm, nurturing energy that helps parents and families feel safe, informed, and empowered. Clients often describe me as warm, attentive, and grounding, someone who creates a welcoming space where families can ask questions freely, explore their options, and feel truly supported.

I offer informative, engaging, and professional prenatal sessions designed to help you and your partner prepare for birth with confidence. These meetings are not only educational but also interactive, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you approach birth feeling calm, prepared, and connected.

My approach blends intuition, experience, knowledge, and practical care, weaving together emotional support, evidence-based information, and traditional techniques. One of the tools I use is the rebozo, a beautiful ancestral cloth traditionally used to support people during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery. Rebozo techniques can help ease tension, promote relaxation, and support the body both physically and energetically during this important transition.

Fluent in English and Spanish, I provide inclusive, culturally sensitive care and always honor each family’s unique story, values, and traditions.

Beyond supporting individual families, I am also deeply passionate about creating community for parents and families. Pregnancy and early parenthood can sometimes feel overwhelming or isolating, especially for those who are new to the area, and I love helping connect families with resources, encouragement, and supportive networks.

Whether you are welcoming your first baby or growing your family, my goal is to help you feel supported, confident, and cared for every step of the way. I will be there to offer guidance, reassurance, and steady support, holding space for your strength, your questions and the beautiful transformation into parenthood.
