Adeline Lemas
Perinatal Clinical Nurse and Birth Companion
I’m Adeline, a pediatric nurse since 2016.
I’ve had the opportunity to work in various hospital departments, including neonatology, postpartum, and perinatal care, which allowed me to gain solid experience.
In 2022, I became a birth companion to deepen my knowledge and better understand what happens during pregnancy and childbirth.
I sincerely believe that comprehensive, personalized support helps couples experience the perinatal period—and parenthood overall—with greater calm and confidence.

Arielle Rousseau
Athletic Therapist and Massage Therapist
I’m Arielle, a sports therapist and massage therapist.
Coming from a competitive background in gymnastics and cheerleading, both as an athlete and a coach, I wanted to continue my passion for sports while helping prevent and rehabilitate injuries.
I work with both children and adults. As a prenatal and postpartum specialist, I help perinatal clients stay active without pain while preparing them for the birth of their babies.

Lauren Enright
Mind-Body Fertility Coach, Fertility Yoga & Meditation Expert, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher, Doula
Lauren Enright is a mind-body fertility coach, fertility yoga & meditation expert, prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher, behavioral breathwork guide, and birth doula with a background in neuroscience and education, and over a decade of experience practicing, teaching, and studying yoga and mindfulness. She works with folks and couples globally at all stages of their motherhood journey: through fertility challenges and loss, pregnancy and birth, and into Motherhood.
Lauren is well known for her signature mind-body program, Fertile from Within, and Fully Fertile Method, where clients process unresolved emotions, transform limiting beliefs, and increase their nervous system’s capacity to tolerate pain and discomfort so they can get and stay pregnant despite age, past failures, medical diagnoses and statistics, and recurring loss.
Lauren is a compassionate leader, nature lover, foodie, and community builder. After birthing 2 children of her own and experiencing the deep healing that Motherhood can bring, it is now her mission to break cycles of intergenerational trauma by educating, empowering, and supporting folks at all stages of their Motherhood journey.

Diana Id Hamou
Clinical Perinatal Nurse & IBCLC Lactation Consultant
Diana is an IBCLC-certified lactation consultant and clinical perinatal nurse. Since 2012, she has primarily worked in neonatology, where lactation and breastfeeding are central concerns. Her experience spans three continents, including Mayotte, France, and CHU Sainte-Justine in Québec, where she has guided newborns and their families through this unique period. Her work quickly became a passion, and she places intercultural understanding, open-mindedness, and compassionate care at the heart of her practice.
Surrounded by newborns from an early age, Diana has always been dedicated to supporting friends and families during the transition to parenthood. She emphasizes guidance and support for breastfeeding projects with a touch of humor. Colleagues and clients describe her as joyful, optimistic, and caring.
In 2023, Diana deepened her knowledge of lactation at CREFAM, the Centre de Recherche, d’Évaluation et de Formation à l’Allaitement Maternel. This led to her obtaining her IBCLC certification, which is the only globally recognized credential for lactation professionals.
Diana provides gentle, personalized support for prenatal and postnatal breastfeeding, tailored to each mother-baby dyad or family unit. She addresses challenges and questions with or without ongoing follow-up depending on the needs and preferences of each family. Her experience, professionalism, and attentive care are available to every client.

Psychomotor Therapist
Anne-Claire is a specialist in early psychomotor development. She supports all babies and young children from 0 to 5 years old, whether they are experiencing temporary difficulties or have specific developmental needs. She offers her services at the Centre Saulestice and at home.
She helps young children develop their gross motor skills (rolling over, sitting, walking, jumping), their fine motor skills (grasping and releasing, manipulating objects), and their cognitive and emotional abilities. She also supports infants in building a sense of safety (colics, sleep difficulties, soothing), and in connecting with others and their environment.
She is committed to supporting parents and listening to their needs. She offers personalized recommendations to help you stimulate your baby from birth and accompany each developmental stage.
Anne-Claire pays particular attention to primitive and primary reflexes, which form the foundation of motor development and inner regulation. She uses the RMTi and MNRI (Svetlana Masgutova) approaches and has specialized in early neurodevelopment.
Having first developed experience in institutional geriatric care, she worked with children with developmental delays and ASD as a play therapist. She also works in a specialized school with children and adolescents aged 0 to 18 in the community sector.
